Your usage of medisaleonline.com and purchase of any goods from it is governed by these terms and conditions.

By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read , understood and are bound by terms , regardless of how you subscribe to use the services.These Terms and various other policies are binding as per the provisions of the Information Technology rules, 2011 formulated under the IT ACT of 2000.

www.medisaleonline.com is an internet based content and e-commerce portal liscensed by Impeatus Health Tech.www.medisaleonline.com is an online medical portal helping the users to purchase healthcare and medicinal products of various companies.

Your Personal Information

We at medisaleonline.com protects your account information against unauthorised access or release to the extent possible.We will not give any of your personal information to the third party , unless we are legally required to do so.

MRP

We try to keep MRP as accurate as possible however it could be possible that there is a difference in the MRP shown on our website versus the actual MRP on our bill. Customer will be informed about any differences in MRP at the time of processing the order.  

SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders may be charged with a shipping fee which is based on the weight of the consignment and total order amount. Orders are usually shipped the very next day of the date when the order is placed with us. 

Depending on order details, availability and preference, we will try to ship you next day. Emergency deliveries may not be guaranteed at all the locations and depends on logistics. Please check our customer service for the same. Also, some of liquid medicines/products may not be shipped to all the locations. Our support staff can provide more details when asked.

Presently we accept payment as NEFT/Net-banking manual transfer or cash on delivery (COD ). While NEFT/Net-banking is purely done by you using your bank account, please note that COD option is not available at every city and there may be extra charges for it. 

We follow a fare delivery/shipping policy. Though we try to ship the items in time however the delay in delivery cannot be ruled out. Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY

By default the shipping address is the one which is used on your most recent order. If you enter the wrong address then we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Medisaleonlines, shipment to the shipping carrier.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Medisaleonline if an order does not arrive within time. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier (if it is the mode of shipment) to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item is lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion and based on our internal procedures.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you ,the user, agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment to our sole discretion. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

DRUGS POLICY

You can place an order for the Products either through the Website portal or through the telephone number listed on the Website. Once the order is placed by either method, Impeatus Health Tech examine the authenticity of the order in terms of Products ordered & will deliver the order after complying with the requirements of Drugs and Cosmetic Act. Please note that for some medicines which are sensitive to pharmacy rules, we will ask a genuine prescription to be verified before sale. 

Upon placing an order, Impeatus Health Tech shall examine and if all the required conditions as per the applicable regulations are fulfilled, we will deliver the Product to you or to the person you have authorized for collection on your behalf, and be entitled to its payment for the same (“Services”).

Placement of an order by you the user shall constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.

DISCLAIMER

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms of Services herein, Impeatus Health Tech is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order.

That the medicines mentioned in our site are medicines being marketed by the company and the first named brand mentioned against the marketed drug are only for knowledge / information purposes for the prospective customers. It should not be construed or misundersood that the site has any remotest intention to market the first named drug or that the site has any tie-up or link with the manufacturers or traders of the first named medicine and further the website and its owners are not liable for the use or action of any medicine mentioned in the web-site.

Further the web-site does not intend to use the trade-mark of the first name drug because the web-site is not selling any first name drug to its prospective customers and it is only sharing the existing knowledge and information which is already public and this has no relation whatsoever to the trade mark being used by the first name drug.

We may provide links on the Website to other third party sites; however, we do not review or endorse the content of these sites, and are not responsible for that content or the privacy policies of such websites.

As per these Terms, users are solely responsible for every material or content uploaded on to the Website. Medisaleonline does not review the contents in any way before they appear on the Website.Medisaleonline does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents generally posted or uploaded on to the Website.
